高鐵便當新菜色首度賣素食

高鐵便當4月1日將有新口味，台灣高鐵推出6款新口味便當，並增加素食

選擇。

台灣高鐵今天表示，上次便當菜色調整是在2008年底，現在有4款葷食口味，4月1日除4款葷食便當菜色更新外，還增加2款素食選擇。

高鐵首度推出的素便當有「蠔油杏鮑菇」及「蠔汁素豆包」，分別選用香椿蓮子飯及紫米蓮子飯，兼顧美味、營養與健康。

高鐵葷食便當仍以雞肉及豬肉為主，只在調理方式做變化，新的口味有「京醬豚肉」、「豉汁雞排」、「燒烤五花肉」及「川燒雞排」。

台灣高鐵說，無論葷素便當都搭配川燙或蒸煮烹調的當季蔬菜，便當全程密封包裝運送保存，並以專業蒸烤箱加熱，放置於保溫袋內販售。
